Do measles attack all of the body and show spots everywhere?

my niece is expected to have the measles or a skin infection. she has only got them on the neck, behind ear, chest, tummy, under the arms and the back of the knees. she’s only 8 months old. shouldn’t measles be everywhere
there not chicken pox as the dr has seen them she also has had her rubella shots
there not on her arms, legs or back

    She could have the chickenpox.

    I had measles when I was 8 years old and they were everywhere and had flu like symptoms. But they seem to be well covering your baby from what you describe.

    poor thing so little to have to deal with measels here is some info and photos of infants with Rubella (german measels)
