I have a 2 year and 10 month child, who’s got all the vaccines. There are a lot of people around who got measles, although I’ve kept my child home, could she still get infected?

The first dose of MMR vaccine produces immunity to measles in 95-98% of children vaccinated. There is a second dose, and the reason for the second dose is to protect those persons who did not become immune after one dose. After two doses of measles vaccine, 99% of persons become immune to the disease.

yes, as the protection rate for the goo MMR vaccine is 95% and you may be among 5% having disease after the vaccine however the person who gets then have the disease severity very less and with least complications
